Architectural mock-ups are the traditional way of presenting estates. The precise reproduction of the landscape use and architecture of the buildings, the appropriately selected materials, colours and various manufacturing technologies encourage a careful comprehension of the project. The use of the app in interactive architectural mock-ups allows the traditional mock-up to be combined with a presentation displayed on a tablet with all the information about the location and floor plans of flats. The application links smoothly with the CRM system and functional highlighting on the mock-up, allowing for selective highlighting of 1-, 2- or 3-room flats or also available, reserved or sold units in the appropriate colours.

Urban mock-ups are models depicting designed investments in white or schematic colours and simplified greenery arrangements. They are realised using plywood, PVC, Plexiglas, mesh or metal. Illumination of selected objects and areas is also used in these models.
